Temperature-Controlled Precision Machining
Stroh Precision Die Casting offers customers a sophisticated precision machining program complete with custom engineered tools. Our equipment is protected in a modern, temperature controlled facility and maintained by a skilled team of tool makers.
- Automated, horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers which have 32-tool capability, rapid change-over and electronic self diagnostics. These tools provide milling drilling, tapping, countersinking, boring and reaming functions and are capable of achieving +/- .0005” tolerance
- Sophisticated multi-spindle machines that can qualify up to 40 holes on more then one plane.
- Programmable trim presses allow mid-die stops to trim multi-faced parts and reduce secondary operations.
