We offer a variety of prototyping options Including the die cast prototype. This is a die cast model with the physical, mechanical and thermal properties needed for comprehensive analysis. With this option, customers have the flexibility to make design changes throughout the testing process.
In addition, we implement the “one-piece flow” method to gain rapid feedback and fix quality problems fast before official production begins.
The “SOFT” Mold Concept For Short-Run Production
Many customers with lower quantities want the advantages of die casting, but turn away due to high tooling costs. At Stroh, we developed a customized solution using a “soft” mold specifically designed for short-run requirements. This unique option can save the customer up to 40% on tooling.
